In an hour and a half, I'll be twenty two and wrinkly. :(

But at least I'll be able to play The Orange Box and watch I Am Legend and eat Olive Garden.

Don't worry. I haven't allowed myself to fall into laziness. I've simply been working on a different project is all. I've put designing on the side for a few weeks or so to teach myself Ruby on Rails. It's coming along nicely. I've been reading books and shit and following screencasts just for ideas.

I figure, when I can actually build a website, then I can design it. So that's what I'm going to do for now.

I'll try to get something new up in the coming weeks, though.

A New Beginning

Some of you know me. That's neither here nor there.

I've decided that I've been sitting on my ass for too many years with this page. I've had the same shit here for two years or longer with no changes. You'll find none of that. I've taken all morning getting rid of everything here except for my favorites, as they are the only things here that still reflect my idea of attractive art. I've also updated some of my profile details, and will continue to do so until I feel everything is done.

Aside from starting over, I've decided that my portfolio is not what it should be after five years of designing. So from now until I'm completely satisfied, I will be designing and coding at least one web layout a week, with a minimum of three designs a month. As a web designer, to not have any functional examples is a sad case. This ends now. And for those who have followed my efforts in the past, know that this is serious. I've already completed designing one layout. I'm not just writing bullshit just to write.

I'll be updating every seven days. If I can't find it in myself to do that, expect at least three updates a month.
